FAQ
What is Be Naked?
Be Naked is a book club. We are physically clothed but mindfully open at our meetings and hope to leave even more exposed.
What is the Be Naked Blog?
The Be Naked Blog is a place for members and non-members alike to connect and keep up-to-date with Be Naked. We will post current and past books, meeting information; and summaries of past discussions. If you can’t make it to a meeting, you can read about it on the Be Naked Blog!
What does the name Be Naked mean?
Be Naked simply means be naked…mindfully. Be open-minded and willing to challenge yourself. Be prepared to bare all and expect others to bare all. Be ready to feel vulnerable but in exchange feel liberated. Be Naked is a place to use books as a tool to learn and grow.
Who can join?
Anyone living in the Durham area can attend Be Naked meetings, and, thanks to the Internet, anyone anywhere can join in on the reading and discussions via our blog!
